j. Do not misrepresent the source of anything you contribute.
k. Any space provided to you in the Redshift-live Community is for your own personal use, and may not be sold, licensed, exchanged or bartered for any purpose, including advertisements.
l. You are responsible and liable for all your activities while participating in the Redshift-live Community, including anything you contribute.
m. Do not rely on the Redshift-live Community for the safe and secure storage of any materials, such as photos, documents and software. The Redshift-live Community is not designed as the primary place to store any of these materials, and USM is not responsible for the alteration, deletion or loss of any stored items. Create back-ups for any materials that you contribute to the Redshift-live Community.
n. USM reserves the right to remove at any time, without notice, any contribution that violates these guidelines. USM also reserves the right at any time, without notice, to ban a user who has violated these rules of conduct from the Redshift-live Community.
Contributions
There are opportunities for you as a user of the Redshift-live Community to actively participate by creating, providing, sharing and uploading information to the Redshift-live Community such as guided tours, comments, ideas or suggestions….
Contributions in the Community are subject to the Terms of Use. USM assumes no responsibility or liability over the sharing of Contributions among users.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating reasons for such cancellation.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier have or has taken possession of the goods. Insofar as within the framework of a uniform order the goods ordered are being delivered separately, the taking of possession of the last of the goods is decisive.

For this purpose you may use the enclosed sample cancellation form, however, this is not compulsory.
You may also electronically fill in and transmit the sample cancellation form or another unequivocal declaration on our website www.hqmedia.de. If you use this option, we will immediately (e.g. via e-mail) send you an acknowledgement of the receipt of such a cancellation.
To observe the cancellation period it is sufficient to send the notice of exercise of the right of cancellation prior to the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of the Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we have to repay to you all payments which we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from you choosing another type of delivery than the economical standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice about your cancellation of this contract. For such repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will any fees be charged to you due to this repayment. We may refuse repayment until the goods have been returned to us or until you have furnished us with evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever may be the earlier point of time.
You have to send back or deliver the goods without delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract to VVA Remittendenstelle, Warenannahme 500, Henkenstr. 59-65, D-33415 Verl. The time limit has been observed if you send the goods prior to the expiry of the fourteen-day time limit. Returning the goods is free of shipping expenses. If you return goods from Germany please contact our support team. The support team will send a return voucher to you via email. If you return goods from abroad please make sure that the return package is sufficiently stamped. Once we have received the returned goods the shipping costs will be repaid along with the purchase price.
You only have to compensate for a possible loss of value of the goods if such loss of value is due to your handling the goods in a way that is not required for examining the quality, features and functionality of the goods.
